This beautiful bed and breakfast is ideally located on mid Cape Cod in the historic Bass River Village of south Yarmouth. The Captain Farris House is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

A full breakfast is served daily at our cozy tables for two. Everything is made fresh, and according to season.

Minimum Visits

All Suites require a two night minimum stay, and three nights on holiday weekends year round.

There is a two night minimum stay during June, July and August weekends for all rooms. However, if you are just looking for one night, please give us a call and we will try to fit you in.

Cancellation and Early Departure Policy

When making reservations please remember that you are making a commitment to us and we are making one to you. Should you need to cancel all or part of a reservation, we must receive notice no less than fourteen (14) days prior to your scheduled arrival date. For Cancellations received less than fourteen (14) days prior to your current arrival date, the entire reservation is non-fundable unless we are able to re-rent the room. All cancellations are subject to a $25 processing fee. Call us if you must cancel your stay with us. We realize that life does happen and plans do change. We will make every effort to work with you.

Reservation Changes: Rescheduling a reservation is subject to a $25 change fee.

Lost keys are subject to a $150 lock change fee.
